Part of a high profile collection with emphasis on masterly created classic Venetian furniture covered by mirror.This 'academic' piece following the 1927 Ruhlmann's designs and stylisation. A classic Art Deco design ethos and profile with an emphasis on architectural clean and pure lines enhanced by the use of amber antiqued mirror. This piece is further embellished by the introduction of an etched glass centre 'medallion' with Art Deco highly stylised and detailed glass engraved motives depicting human figures. An epitome of the Art Deco philosophy in furniture design and execution, in terms of its stylisation and in terms of the use of sumptuous and highly specified materials and methods of production.
